Join us virtually and get it all off your chest. Our support group sessions are your chance to learn invaluable strategies to heal and release pain, shame and other burdens in a safe community of women.
We’re working on planning some super useful workshops that will help you rebuild your personal, financial, and spiritual life from the inside out.
We’re planning some super impactful, inspiring, and motivational conferences that will help pull you out of your dry places and lead you to a well of opportunity.

The purpose of the BYOU Support Group is to help you discover and use your inner resources so that you can create the life of your dreams no matter your current circumstances.
We work together in a group setting to release, renew, and restore. Set goals, stay accountable, find community and understanding in the BYOU support group.
