For women who are ready to change…
We understand that things are difficult for you right now.
With little to no support from family and friends, financial insecurity, and struggling to finally get above water, life may feel hopeless.
You want to feel cared for, respected, and supported, but you’re weighed down with guilt, shame or grief.
For women who know the value of support…
Six months from now, you could be clear-headed and on your way to full security and stability.
You’ll know what your purpose is in life and find the support you need to go out and make the most of your second chance.
You could be in your dream career or securing the necessary licenses, programs, or certifications you need to fulfill your purpose, and we’ll help you every step of the way.
BYOU Support Groups are for any woman who is ready to release the chains of her fears, her guilt, her shame, and her pain.
When?
Support sessions will be delivered weekly.
Where?
For now, sessions are held virtually. We’ll let you know when that changes.
Who?
Our sessions are facilitated by women who are committed to supporting you along your journey.
Cost?
All BYOU Support Sessions are free of charge. If you’d like to help sponsor sessions we will accept donations.
Age Limit?
We ask that women ages 18+ attend support sessions.

What if I don’t have transportation to the support group?
No transportation needed it’s virtual for now.
Is this a substitute for therapy?
Its not a substitute for therapy, its purpose is to support where we are and to strengthen and encourage one another.
Will this cost me any money?
No, support groups are free. All you need to do is sign up below.
Is there an age limit?
Yes, you must be 18 or older.
Will there be food or coffee served?
Because we are virtual for now, we won’t serve food. However we will try to meet monthly for brunch!
Do I have to wear a mask?
Yes, if we meet in person.
